Questions worth resolving
Commercial Moving FAQs.
When should I reserve the commercial moving date in North Salt Lake?
On a commercial moving job, begin while the business can still choose its downtime window. Building approvals and department sequencing often take longer than the physical move. A short note now is easier than a decision beside a loaded truck.
What belongs in the commercial moving scope in North Salt Lake?
While commercial moving is being planned, the proposed scope should spell out Department and asset labeling, Building access coordination, and Phased loading schedule. Review the list before treating the date as reserved. The final estimate should answer the question, not leave it implied.
Which access details matter for property access for commercial moving in North Salt Lake?
As the commercial moving date approaches, confirm loading docks, freight elevators, building hours, management requirements, and the person who can grant access. That keeps the plan tied to the job the crew will actually find.
How should I prepare for crew preparation for commercial moving in North Salt Lake?
For commercial moving, the working sequence is Survey both locations, Sequence teams and assets, and Move, place, and reconcile. Adjust that order during the walkthrough if the property or inventory calls for it. Clear ownership prevents a handoff from being missed.
Which changes to the commercial moving plan in North Salt Lake need to be reported?
In the commercial moving scope, send revisions to the asset list, building window, department order, or destination floor plan before the sequence is locked. The crew should not have to guess about it at the door.
Which personal items to keep accessible during commercial moving in North Salt Lake should travel with me?
During the commercial moving walkthrough, keep credentials, sensitive records, access items, active laptops, and anything needed to keep the business running under company control. A short note now is easier than a decision beside a loaded truck.

Moving experiences with New Concept Moving and Storage
Go straight to the company. I went through a broker company that made life so much more frustrating. Luckily these guys were nice, helpful and quick. No matter how frustrated during pickup or drop-off I would get due to misinformation from the broker they were polite and worked at every turn with me to get me squared away and moved. Both the movers and the supervisor were awesome regardless of the issues that arose and did everything they could to find a solution.
Great job by the crew on our moving day. The process was seamless from beginning to the final item moved in. The crew was on time, professional, courteous, and worked hard. We appreciate the effort and hard work and for making a stressful time more pleasant! Thank you
Karan and his team from New Concept Moving were exceptional! Their teamwork, coordination, and dedication were evident throughout the entire moving process. They handled our belongings with utmost care and worked efficiently to ensure everything was transported safely. I'm grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Karan and his team for anyone in need of reliable movers
I had a wonderful experience with the crew. They were extremely professionally, working around me as I worked and very quick. I look forward working with them again!
New Concept Moving did a phenomenal job moving me and my wife. The lead mover Dave, was such a pro and so respectful with all our belongings, they were on time, did the job efficiently and in a timely manner. The cost was less than I thought it would be as well. Jeff in the office was very helpful in arranging the movers, answering all my many questions, and putting my mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make their move both seamless and stress free! Thanks guys!
The guys came on time however did half of the job, I paid extra money to have some of my junk to be taken away unfortunately they showed it under the stairs instead of taken it and now it might cost me to have it taken away and might cause me to get into problems with the landlord, I didn’t notice until after the fact..I’m so not happy about that
