Questions worth resolving

Local Moving FAQs.

Which access details matter for property access for local moving in North Salt Lake?

For this local moving request, describe truck parking at both addresses, exterior steps, elevators, long carries, and any turn that may be tight for a large piece. That keeps the plan tied to the job the crew will actually find.

How should I prepare for crew preparation for local moving in North Salt Lake?

For a written local moving plan, the working sequence is Walkthrough and inventory, Protect, load, and check, and Unload and place by room. Adjust that order during the walkthrough if the property or inventory calls for it. Clear ownership prevents a handoff from being missed.

What belongs in the local moving scope in North Salt Lake?

On a local moving job, the proposed scope should spell out Access-aware move planning, Furniture padding and surface protection, and Clearly labeled room-by-room loading. Review the list before treating the date as reserved. The crew should not have to guess about it at the door.

Which details affect pricing for local moving in North Salt Lake?

While local moving is being planned, pricing is based on the confirmed inventory, access, distance, crew needs, and requested services. A short note now is easier than a decision beside a loaded truck.

Which personal items to keep accessible during local moving in North Salt Lake should travel with me?

As the local moving date approaches, keep identification, keys, medication, valuables, chargers, essential records, and the first-night bag in your own vehicle. The final estimate should answer the question, not leave it implied.

Which changes to the local moving plan in North Salt Lake need to be reported?

For local moving, report added rooms, storage stops, access changes, or a large item as soon as you know about it; any of them can change time or crew needs. That keeps the plan tied to the job the crew will actually find.

Moving experiences with New Concept Moving and Storage

Go straight to the company. I went through a broker company that made life so much more frustrating. Luckily these guys were nice, helpful and quick. No matter how frustrated during pickup or drop-off I would get due to misinformation from the broker they were polite and worked at every turn with me to get me squared away and moved. Both the movers and the supervisor were awesome regardless of the issues that arose and did everything they could to find a solution.

New Concept Moving did a phenomenal job moving me and my wife. The lead mover Dave, was such a pro and so respectful with all our belongings, they were on time, did the job efficiently and in a timely manner. The cost was less than I thought it would be as well. Jeff in the office was very helpful in arranging the movers, answering all my many questions, and putting my mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make their move both seamless and stress free! Thanks guys!

The guys came on time however did half of the job, I paid extra money to have some of my junk to be taken away unfortunately they showed it under the stairs instead of taken it and now it might cost me to have it taken away and might cause me to get into problems with the landlord, I didn’t notice until after the fact..I’m so not happy about that
