Inquiry, price, and schedule
Submitting the New Concept Moving form asks for follow-up; it does not hold a date, promise availability, settle a final price, or create a moving contract. Scope, access, inventory, timing, valuation, and charges must be confirmed separately in writing.
Replies to your request
When you ask New Concept Moving to follow up, you authorize a reply about that inquiry by phone, text, or email as appropriate. Message rates can apply. Optional marketing is not a condition of purchase and may be declined.
Accurate and lawful use
Provide details you are authorized to share and that are materially accurate. Do not send sensitive identity data, malicious code, fraudulent requests, or automated traffic that disrupts New Concept Moving.
Website boundaries
Responsibility for an actual move belongs in its written agreement. To the extent law permits, New Concept Moving is not liable for indirect loss caused only by this informational site. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain intact.

Moving experiences with New Concept Moving and Storage
Go straight to the company. I went through a broker company that made life so much more frustrating. Luckily these guys were nice, helpful and quick. No matter how frustrated during pickup or drop-off I would get due to misinformation from the broker they were polite and worked at every turn with me to get me squared away and moved. Both the movers and the supervisor were awesome regardless of the issues that arose and did everything they could to find a solution.
Great job by the crew on our moving day. The process was seamless from beginning to the final item moved in. The crew was on time, professional, courteous, and worked hard. We appreciate the effort and hard work and for making a stressful time more pleasant! Thank you

New Concept Moving did a phenomenal job moving me and my wife. The lead mover Dave, was such a pro and so respectful with all our belongings, they were on time, did the job efficiently and in a timely manner. The cost was less than I thought it would be as well. Jeff in the office was very helpful in arranging the movers, answering all my many questions, and putting my mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make their move both seamless and stress free! Thanks guys!
The guys came on time however did half of the job, I paid extra money to have some of my junk to be taken away unfortunately they showed it under the stairs instead of taken it and now it might cost me to have it taken away and might cause me to get into problems with the landlord, I didn’t notice until after the fact..I’m so not happy about that
